Focus on what you can do

If you can't pray, simply say 'thank you' before every meal.

If you can't manifest, enjoy what's already yours.

And if you can't journal, talk to yourself when you feel able.

There is no spirituality rulebook.

Just show up for yourself in ways that feel good to you.

Men aren't trash, women aren't crazy. Everyone is damaged.
Most are distracted.
Everyone needs healing, but not everyone is aware of what/how to heal. Nobody has all the answers.
Be patient, be transparent, be compassionate.
Be open to love, be the light.

Morning babbling, a perception of struggling shadow work

I woke up having thoughts I dont entirely remember, but they led me to thinking of the last few times I saw my mother.
And those thoughts led me to thinking of the Ahsoka episode with Anakin. I asked myself wondering how did he forgive himself, because I have difficulty with my own shadow work. Then it made me think of what someone else would say to my opinions of past things. On how it's disrespectful to say mean things about someone who's dead.
And I feel that the same way we must forgive them for what they did not know at the time.... No, the same way we must forgive them for they did the best they could with the knowledge they had at the time, is the same way I must forgive myself for the things I have done based on the knowledge I had at the time.
While also, the mean sounding things MUST be said, otherwise we build covert resentment within ourselves. Because we end up growing to feel that we are not allowed to say certain things about someone else who is no longer around and the choices they made,
and then that leads us to reacting harshly towards someone who says something about what we do and our behavior, that we feel we weren't allowed to say to someone else.
What is that called?
I feel it's a vital realization, but I dont know the word for it.
Taking offense towards someone for speaking out about the way you act, that you yourself get upset about because... You weren't allowed to do the same before.
It's getting upset about.. Like : "How dare you point that out about me! I wasn't allowed to point it out or so anything when it's been done to me, they got away with it and I was forced to accept that from them, so it should also be accepted and overlooked from me too! There's nothing wrong with me for being this way, there's just something wrong with you for not letting it slide and accepting it like I always saw and experienced happen when it was done to me!"
That's called something..
But, I want to get over my guilt from intrusive thoughts.

Justification of existence?

One doesn't have to achieve "great" things in life to justify their existence.
It is ok to just exist🙄
Just because your season has not come,
does not mean your time will never come.
Everyone's timeline is different.
Everyone's journey is different.
Everyone's stiry is different.
It's ok to let our mind's rest.
It's ok to be patient with ourselves.

Presence involves shifting from a state of mind wandering and overthinking to bringing our attention to the experience of what is happening in the right now moment.

Life can move so incredibly fast.

When we don't stop and look around.
We might miss those small miracles and magic happening all around us.

When one wakes up, go to work, and do all the things felt needing to do, it often causes oneself to operate on autopilot.

The days (daze), weeks (weak), months, and years may fly by. With each passing year, the quality of life decreases and our perception of time accelerates.

So make sure to slow down, to rest, and to allow the seasons to pass with full awareness of what is going on around you.

It is ok to just exist and to enjoy every single moment of life.

it's a question of who and what are we without our belief systems?
our favorite bands, books, films? without our clothes, our hair, the make up we wear?
our lovers, our friends. all we do is pretend but we don't realize it,
and in those empty quiet moments when we realize we're full of shit,
we make a facebook status so that we feel like we're legit.
validate, propagate that feeling of acceptance and uniqueness
and specialness and we're all in this together-ness,
but we know we're all alone and we know there is no home
because we are nothing without our things but we know things are meaningless,
so we feel bad and shallow, then get all sad and mellow,
then try to feel good enough again to pretend some more until we die,
and we all lie the question isn't really why we do it to survive
because we're a shell if we do and we're a shell if we don't .

or if you learn you're self enough you can hear another voice through you're own. and you try to tell people you got two voices.
One that isn't you're and one that is.





 

One day at a time

Hey. Hey you. The person aimlessly scrolling, stuck in an immobilized standoff with your brain

It's not your fault. You won't be stuck forever. I know you're trying. I know you hate it. It's ok.

And tell the Mean Voice in your head that it's not helping. It knows as well as you do that you would get up and Just Start the task if you could. You're not doing this on purpose.

Take a deep breath. Relax your jaw. I see you trying so hard to break out of it, but you can't force it. You'll get Unstuck eventually. All you can do in the interim is be kind to yourself.
